End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and PassVerity for the PassVerity mobile application. The Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions form part of this agreement.
1. License grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sublicense, rent, sell, or provide the App as a hosted service except where applicable law expressly permits it. You must not use the App or its results for fraud, impersonation, identity proofing, or an official decision.
3. Privacy
The App processes the active MRZ scan and compatible passport-chip session on your device. It does not upload document images, MRZ data, or chip data. Details about limited technical data processed by purchase, advertising, diagnostics, and notification providers are in the Privacy Policy.
4. No warranty
The App is provided as-is and without warranties of any kind. Results are informational only and must not be treated as proof of identity, document authenticity, travel eligibility, or official status.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate its terms. On termination, stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
